This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Scaling Society and its websites (ngunza.com and related pages), operated by Kubisa LLC ("we," "us," "The Scaling Society"). By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.

1. The 100K Starter Pack & Digital Products — 14-Day Guarantee

The 100K Starter Pack and our other low-cost digital products are backed by a 14-day 10x value guarantee. Use the workbook, run the calculators, and work through the materials. if you don't feel the product delivered at least 10x its purchase price in actionable clarity, email support@ngunza.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund of the product price. You keep any files you have already downloaded.

2. Order Bumps & Add-Ons

Optional add-ons purchased at checkout (such as the "Multiple Streams of Income" audiobook and video series) are digital products and fall under the same 14-day guarantee described above. Refund requests for an add-on can be made independently of the main product.

3. Live Workshop & VIP Access

Free workshop registration carries no charge and nothing to refund. Paid VIP or replay access is included with the digital product you purchased and is covered by the same 14-day guarantee. Because replay and bonus materials are delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are issued at our discretion once materials have been substantially accessed, but we will always work with you in good faith.

4. The Scaling Society Coaching Program

Enrollment in our higher-tier coaching program (The Scaling Society) is governed by the separate written agreement you sign at enrollment, which sets out its own refund and cancellation terms. Where that agreement and this policy differ, the signed agreement controls for the coaching program. Payment-plan installments remain due according to that agreement.

If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first. we resolve the vast majority of concerns quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution and may result in loss of access to digital products and programs. We keep records of purchase, delivery, and access to respond to disputes.

Our products are educational. We make no guarantee of income or business results. outcomes depend on your effort, capital, market conditions, and execution. A refund is available under the terms above regardless of results.
