I registered for the webinar but didn't get my confirmation or link.
First, check your spam/promotions folder for an email from chris@ngunza.com. If you opted in to texts, your reminder link also comes by SMS before the training starts.
Still nothing? Email support@ngunza.com with the name and email you registered with and we'll resend your link. You can also re-register free at ngunza.com/register — it takes 30 seconds.
I bought the 100K Starter Pack but never received my downloads.
Your Starter Pack (workbook, sourcing templates, funding calculator, and ROI calculator) is delivered by email from chris@ngunza.com within a few minutes of purchase. Check spam and promotions first.
If it's been more than 15 minutes, email support@ngunza.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend the full bundle right away.
How do I request a refund?

To start a refund request, email support@ngunza.com with the name and email on your order and what you purchased. We handle refund requests directly — no need to dispute with your bank, we'll sort it out faster.
I have a question about a charge on my card.
Charges from us appear under Kubisa LLC or The Scaling Society. If you see a charge you don't recognize or have a billing question, email support@ngunza.com with the date and amount and we'll look it up immediately.
How do I stop receiving text messages?
Reply STOP to any text from us and you'll be unsubscribed instantly, with a confirmation message. Reply HELP to any text for assistance.
Opting out of texts never affects your program access or purchases. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom — one click and you're out. If you'd rather we handle it, email support@ngunza.com and we'll remove you manually.
